Indian head massage is an ancient therapy involving the application of massage on pressure points of the face, head and neck. We have adapted the technique to include a full back and scalp massage that will stimulate the circulation and ease stress and tension.

Using pressure points on the feet which relate to different parts and organs of the body, reflexology can stimulate the body’s own natural healing systems promoting balance throughout the body. Based on ancient techniques, reflexology is a non-invasive treatment, which can be both relaxing and energising. 

Body massage will ease tension, relieve stress and promote a general state of well-being. Warm oil is used and your massage can be adapted to suit your individual needs. Hot stones and Organic Aromatherapy oils can be incorporated into your treatment as an additional extra. The duration of the treatment can be 20 minutes for a Back Massage, 35 minutes for an Extended Back/Body Massage or 60 minutes for a Full Body and Scalp Massage, depending on your personal requirements.

A course of ten treatments is recommended and a monthly top up treatment to maintain results.

The Essentials Facial is a specialist treatment using a galvanic current and sonophoresis to increase the absorption of the vitamins and deeply condition the skin.
